Row, bike, ski, run for 3 minutes

As a class – Relay race:

Each athlete performs three times:

3 stone cleans

Bear crawl 20′ (10 out, 10 back)

Stretch for 2 minutes

A: Zercher Squat (5×5)

Warm up to 75%. All 5 sets at 75%.

B: Metcon (No Measure)

Push and pull the sled for 12 minutes. If you feel up for it, add weight.
