CrossFit Staunton is hosting its first class completely dedicated to the basics of nutrition. Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your performance, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, this class is for you. We will walk through the most recent research on what, when and how much to eat, suggestions for meals before, during, and after workouts, and review the basics of paleo and zone.
The class will immediately follow Saturday’s Community WOD and will last about an hour. If you are not participating in the Community WOD, plan to arrive at 11:00am and the class will begin shortly thereafter.
You do not have to be a member of CFS to attend!
RSVP is not required, but is appreciated so we know how many materials to prepare.
